Returns & Refunds
Can IÂ return my purchase?
At this point, we are not able to accept returns domestically or internationally. Here is why:
- We are a small business with a super small inventory, which means we wonât be able to move to the next production cycle unless most of our current inventory is sold. At this point, we do not have the bandwidth to facilitate returns but hope to do so in the future when we grow.
- We give all our garments (except tees) a good 1/2inch to 3/4th inch seam allowance on each size, so itâs easier for you to size up than return/exchange a product.
We strongly recommend you write to us at care@shoppopea.com if you have any concerns/doubts regarding the fit or sizing before purchasing, so you can get the right garment for yourself.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Subject to stock availability, you can exchange your items provided that they reach us within 7 days of receipt of your order.Â
Here are something to note for size exchange requests:
- You can exchange for the same style and not other styles.
- Email us immediately after you receive your order and decide to exchange, so we can check the stock availability for you.
- You should return the product to us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. If you miss this period we will give you an extra 7 days to return the product but it will no longer be eligible for exchange. Instead, weâll issue a credit note that will be valid for use on our website for 6 months.
- In case the size youâre looking for is not in stock, weâll issue a credit note thatâll be valid to use on our website for 6 months. In this case, too youâll need to send us the products back to us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
- When sending the garment back, make sure itâs not used, worn, and has all the tags intact. The garment also needs to be sent back in the original package it arrived in.
- Upon receipt of the garment, our team will inspect the garment and if everything looks good, we will ship your replacement item with 3-4 business days.
- Shoppopea retains the final right to not accept returns in case the product received is used or damaged by the customer.
- Shipping costs for returns and shipment of the new item will be borne by the customer.

I received a faulty/damaged piece. What to do?
We inspect each and every garment to check for manufacturing or printing defects before sending it out to you. On the off chance that you receive a damaged garment, please write to us at care@shoppopea.com and return the garment back to us with 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon receipt of the garment, weâll thoroughly inspect it and if we agree that the piece is faulty, based on your choice we can either replace the piece or refund you in full for the cost of the product.
Please note that any print runoffs, fair wear, and tear during manufacturing and storage will not be considered as faulty/damaged and wonât be accepted for replacement/refunds.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds and issue credit notes instead. The only exception to this is in case of a damaged/faulty piece being sent out for which a customer can choose to receive a refund. Please read our returns policy above to understand what is returnable/exchangeable.
